SPECIAL TASK FORCE
FCCW -STF National Directorate appointed Dr.Mark Ybanez Gabumpa, a former Special Drug Education Center Director, who is also a retired US Navy Instructor , and and a decorated Persian Gulf Veteran as CEO and President of the said Federation . Being the CEO/President , conceptualized the creation of the result oriented groups called the "Federation of Citizens Crime Watch -Special Task Force" or otherwise known as FCCW-STF in order to maximize the potential effectivity of FCCW volunteers in the community using holistic approach towards the promotion of a Crime Free and a Drug Free Community.
