Citizens Crime Watch Special Task Force and Highlighting its modest Achievements locally and globally despite of the odds having no financial suppoert from the Philippine government .This program creates an alliance of citizens working with all coordinating government agencies to address the growing crime problem in the community. Through Citizens Crime Watch, citizens are educated in areas such as personal protection, home security, all kinds of crime reporting, environmental education, socio-economic, human and peace development programs.

Ron Rocabo is a dedicated public servant and project manager, currently serving as Project Development Officer III at the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA). Before joining the civil service, he built a strong foundation as an educator, shaping learners with excellence and discipline.

He is a Yellow Belt Lean Six Sigma certified professional, equipped with skills in process improvement and organizational efficiency. Ron holds a degree in Classical Philosophy and is now in the final stage of completing his Master’s Degree in Public Administration, major in Regulatory Management System.

His combined background in education, governance, and process management continues to guide his commitment to public service and meaningful reform.
